The Innovation Mentorship Program, led by Niagara College in partnership with the District School Board of Niagara, is an annual initiative that pairs Grade 11 marketing students with second- and third-year Niagara College School of Business students to work side-by-side on experiential learning projects. The program exposes high school students to college-level learning while fostering leadership, creativity, and a culture of innovation at the high-school level.
