This report summarizes research findings of the Supporting Peer Work (SPW) research project, which investigated the working conditions of people in peer positions at social service agencies across the GTA. The report summarizes findings of working conditions and suggestions for improvements shared in 35 interviews of people in peer positions and 16 interviews of supervisors across the GTA. The report also offers a history of peer work.
