Making an Impact: A Conversation with MacEwan Faculty Doing Community Engaged Research

The purpose of this Community of Practice is to bring together MacEwan faculty/instructors from across campus to talk about their community engaged work and, in the process, build relationships as well as opportunities for learning, sharing, and collaborating.     Date/time: Nov 17th, 2023, from 1:00 to 3:00 pm (MST)   This event is officially affiliated with/sponsored by the Community of Practice for Community Engaged Research and Teaching at MacEwan, MacEwan’s Office of Research Services, and the MacEwan Sociology Department.   Drs. Sandy Jung (Associate Dean, Research, Professor of Psychology), Jennifer Long (Assistant Professor of Anthropology), and Ross Shaw (Assistant Professor of Biological Sciences) are among the confirmed panelists and the panel will be chaired by Dr. Hugh McKenzie (Associate Dean, Scholarly Outreach and Engagement, Associate Professor of Anthropology).   This is an in person event but there is also a virtual option.
