"Moving the Dial" on: Health Equity Advocacy

This presentation shared outcomes and impacts of community advocacy work to establish the Restoration House clinic in Hamilton, to prioritize hard to reach Black, other racialized, and disabled population who were disproportionately impacted by COVID-19 infection. Specifically, the work to challenge systemic inequities through community solidarity building and mobilization will be discussed to offer insights on future transformative potentials and possibilities for community-engagement.
